Makes a lovely coffee with a little bit of practice

AO was great and we love our new machine. Great coffee and the machine is fabulous quality. It took a little while to set up and work it all out but we are delighted with it!

Great so far. Has everything you need to get started. Be aware that this will become a hobby; time spent perfecting the variables for a great espresso requires a lot of patience.

This is one of the cheapest manual bean to cup coffee maker. Result is the same like in coffee shops sometimes better. Good quality coffee bean makes better coffee.

Perfect machine for the money, well built, functional and does everything you’d expect. Makes cafe quality coffee and has a steam wand that can make textured milk easily. A couple of things that I had slight issue with was the dimensions given are slightly understated - I had to remove the hopper to fit it under my cupboard and when the coffee grinds it does waste a little in the drip tray but these are minor quibbles. Overall a wonderful coffee machine.

I use to work at a café pre-lockdown and have really missed making coffee from freshly ground beans. This machine was easy to set up and after some trial and error it produces as good a cup of coffee (flat white) as I use to be able to make on a larger professional machine. Very impressed!

I have been looking for a while for a coffee machine but thought they were a bit pricey. Even the sage one which I purchased was showing at £1,200 for a while. When I saw it on the ao website at the price I paid for it, I had to get it. It is a superb machine and does exactly as it says. I can't fault it in any way
