Does awesome coffee, a little fiddly to get the settings right but once they're all sorted it's great, consistent results

Great machine, you'll be challenging yourself to improve your coffee making skills

Really happy with my Sage Espresso Coffee Machine. Have saved a small fortune making my own cappuccinos instead of popping out for one. I'm sure with this machine my coffees will soon be better than the ones I've been buying. Only 4 stars as the steamer is a little slow when heating up the milk.

    Works like a dream

Love this machine! It has taken a wee while to get used to but now I've got all the kinks worked out I can make myself a lovely coffee in minutes! As an ex-barista I wanted to be able to put work into my coffee and get it perfect each time and the machine lets me do just that.

    Great Looks and Great Coffee!

    5/5
Great looking machine, and once set up, produces great coffee! This machine is for hobbyists though, if you want effortless & automatic coffee, this machine isn't for you! Some tips for getting started: If you struggle to get pressure on the dial, just swap over to the pressurised basket instead which is included in the box. The best way to start would be to set the grind size to 10. If the coffee comes out sour, adjust your grind size to be finer. If the coffee comes out bitter, adjust your grind size to be coarser. Just keep making adjustments until you're happy with the taste. For the best results, on the bag of the coffee beans, there will be a "roasted on date". make sure the coffee beans are roasted between 9 and 20 days ago. Otherwise, the coffee beans are no longer fresh and you'll lose out on natural gasses which helps to build pressure in the machine.

    Aromatic espresso in an instant.

I was blown away by the good looks of this excellent bean to cup expressions machine. As it will be on show in my kitchen I wanted something that not only produced tasty coffee but looked amazing too. I wasnt disappointed. I haven’t shown it off to many due to lockdown but those that have seen it all want one as well. It’s easy to use and delivers consistently excellent coffee. Another nice touch are all the additional features like the steam wand for milk frothing. I can’t emphasise enough the main positive apart from the looks is the amazing expresso flavour it produces. The only downside is the cost. Even then though you get a powerful good looking machine and I think it’s worth it

We love the Barista Express. It looks really smart, fits snuggly on the side in our kitchen, is easy to use and clean and, above all, makes the most delicious coffee. Thoroughly recommended.
