My husband bought me this machine for my birthday and I love it, easy to use and the coffee that makes is fantastic, I highly recommend it.

After reading the reviews on this item I decided to buy one thinking this is probably the last machine I’ll be buying for a while ?? Well wat can I say. This machine makes great coffee, it’s the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. But I’m on my 3rd one now In less than four months 1st one pressure gauge never worked from day one, San replaced straight away. 2nd one lasted till Friday stopped grinding the beans just made a loud knocking noise as you tried to grind the beans. Now on my 3rd one let’s see how long this lasts ??. I will say AO policy that you have to deal with the manufacture is awful, I did try and speak to Sage but not easy as they lost all my information and eventually AO agreed to send a replacement out.

Welcome to this machine... great coffee pretty much straight from the box, however... with a little bit of extra effort and experimenting great can become fantastic. Not fully automatic but who wants that? A solid machine that allows a lot of customisation for everyone’s tastes with a bit of experimenting

Love the machine but would have preferred an idiots guide as never had a barista style machine before so took quite a few attempts to get the hang of.

Absolutely over the moon with the coffee machine, so simply to use. The perfect coffee will take some time to crack but that’s all in the fun of experimenting with the machine and coffee beans. Would defiantly recommend to anyone wanting a bean to cup coffee machine.

What a great coffee machine . Once you get the hang of it ,perfect coffee just the big coffee outlays. Great value for money . Great delivery service. I was kept fully updated with delivery time and guys even offered to take machine right into my kitchen

You get a decent coffee on the standard factory settings but once you get the grind level right, the right dose and the right amount of water pouring through you get glorious results. To be able to do all this through one good looking machine with a relatively small footprint is ideal. My last machine was bean to cup with little effort required. I’d rather have this machine, I’m happy with my purchase.
