Excellent machine but be prepared to take time to learn how to use. Was replacement for useless gaggia brerra machine Has taken me a day or so to get best out of machine but was worth it. Milk frothing is excellent and the control you get on coffee flavour great. Would recommend to the home barrista

Good build quality and nice features. Takes some tweaking to get the correct grinding and dosing settings to make a good coffee. Once it's set up then it's easy to use and makes great coffee

Quite easy to use needed slight tweaks to get the expresso just right. Used supermarket beans to start, but noticed a big difference when using fresh roasted beans from a specialist supplier. If your serious about great tasting coffee I highly recommend this machine.

If you like your coffee and you do appreciate fresh and original test, If from any other reasons you can not stuff your kitchen with Italian hand made machine and grinder(that would make it look more like costa or something) that choice is perfect. Nice good looking machine with all the gimmicks that pro s are using.Thanks to Heston you can really dive into coffee world without ruining your budget and with keeping up the normal appearance of the kitchen .

Exceeded my expectations, takes a little while to setup but once you've perfected your grind size/dispensing amount it's easy to use. Over the moon with this appliance.

I am a big fresh coffee fan I have lots of bean to cup coffee machines in the past . This one I have got now is fantastic once you get used to it it’s as good as the shop if not better good for the money looks fabulous in the kitchen easy to clean can’t fault it .
