I am a big fresh coffee fan I have lots of bean to cup coffee machines in the past . This one I have got now is fantastic once you get used to it it’s as good as the shop if not better good for the money looks fabulous in the kitchen easy to clean can’t fault it .

Takes a bit of getting used to but makes all types of great coffee

I have wanted one of these for a little while, but the expense has been putting me off! Having had it for nearly two weeks now, I am delighted. It works well and provides me with coffee of the standard which I was hoping for. The downside is that the water tank has a filter which has to be replaced every three months or so many litres. Hadn't factored in this cost of approx £30 every three months, but, if you have been spending every day in coffee shops, this machine will provide you with the good coffee you need, to save money elsewhere! It is easy to use ... the 'how to' instructions on the websites seem to make it more complicated than it is. Measurements needed of ground coffee (which can be automated) and milk for the frother you soon get used to. The water tank on this particular model is a bit plastic with lots of moving mechanised parts which is a little worrying ... but the quality of the coffee more than makes up for the little niggles I have mentioned above. Overall it's brilliant!

Looks the part, easy to set up and makes a good cup of coffee. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that it’s not too over complicated and nothing goes wrong with it’s many elements

The coffee machine looks great, although it does take a bit of tweaking every time you change beans to get the espresso range correct! Think I’ll stick to the same type of bean! Coffee tastes really good! Would recommend!

I cannot recommend this product highly enough. The quality of it is better than any other I've had in the past. What is more, it really gives you that feeling of being a barista and gets you to explore new ways of getting the crema just perfect, it took a couple of go's but I got there in the end. A little tip to get the pressure right in the espresso scale for that perfect crema: Grind size is from 1 to 16, select 4 on the coarse wheel, for a double espresso turn the grind amount to 1 o'clock, this will give you the perfect coffee. Steam wand: this is great but unlike the oracle you can only do one thing at a time, so do your coffee first then yor milk. For the milk, use whole milk (semi is fine but whole milk is easier to texture) make sure the jug is cold and the milk too, this will give you the perfect cappuccino. Enjoy!

Amazing coffee maker. Easy to set up and after a few adjustments gives an excellent coffee. Both latte and americano . Highly recommended for the price
