The coffee machine looks great, although it does take a bit of tweaking every time you change beans to get the espresso range correct! Think I’ll stick to the same type of bean! Coffee tastes really good! Would recommend!

I cannot recommend this product highly enough. The quality of it is better than any other I've had in the past. What is more, it really gives you that feeling of being a barista and gets you to explore new ways of getting the crema just perfect, it took a couple of go's but I got there in the end. A little tip to get the pressure right in the espresso scale for that perfect crema: Grind size is from 1 to 16, select 4 on the coarse wheel, for a double espresso turn the grind amount to 1 o'clock, this will give you the perfect coffee. Steam wand: this is great but unlike the oracle you can only do one thing at a time, so do your coffee first then yor milk. For the milk, use whole milk (semi is fine but whole milk is easier to texture) make sure the jug is cold and the milk too, this will give you the perfect cappuccino. Enjoy!

I can not recommend this machine enough. Once you have mastered the initial settings of the machine and set it to your own personal preference then you'll never buy expensive commercial coffee again! After a little research you'll find out that it is all about the freshness of the bean so if your going to spend decent money on a machine buy decent coffee beans! There are plenty of sites and shops out there that sell fresh beans. I recommend watching a few youtube videos on the best way to use it, it will save unnecessary stress when first using it.

We moved house from Leeds to a nice little village in Wakefield. One of the things we regretted leaving behind was access to all the amazing artisan coffee shops in Leeds. The ability of a great cup of coffee to make your day and put you in a good place cannot be understated. We decided to splash out on a decent espresso machine on the understanding that we wouldn't really be going out for coffee as often as we once were and after reading lots of reviews online, Sage came up as the right 'pro-sumer' device for us. Just the top end of the consumer market without being unaffordable, but not an absolutely mad commercial quality machine. The quality built-in grinder was also a plus as this wasn't a thing we would have to buy. It's changed our lives. Me (the coffee ponce) and my girlfriend (not a coffee ponce) are both now capable of pulling a half-decent espresso shot, and foaming milk well enough to create really, genuinely high-quality coffees. I'm confident enough to say I think we're producing and drinking the best quality coffee within 15 miles without even leaving the house. Outstanding!

After setting up which is slightly tedious - the machine performs beautifully. Looks great and makes delicious coffee. AO delivery 5 star. No problems at all.

This makes the best coffee I've made. It takes a little effort to get the grind size & dose right but then you're away. Nicer that the Soviet Bloc type automatic machines it looks fantastic in the kitchen.
