It’s a lovely compact machine and does everything you need for the perfect coffe, the setup was very frustrating though. I’m honestly not a patient person and this definitely tested that. But now it’s all setup (I think) it’s all working as should.

Having a built in bean grinder takes the guess work out of the grinding - there are 3 different options. The downside to the grinder is that it is noisy first thing in the morning! Having said that, small price to pay. We've only had the machine for 2 weeks but I would certainly recommend it to anyone who was taking their first step into 'proper coffee'.

Makes very good coffee and give enough flexibility for real life busy baristas. If I was to quibble...Could do with a finer grind of coffee beans - I have been down to grinding srtting 1 (finest) and no higher than 5

Wonderful machine, producing fantastic coffee. It takes a few times to get the hang of making that perfect cup of coffee----but oh boy it's certainly worth it!

Well worth the money I paid for this machine, it's used daily and makes great coffee. Small learning curve to achieve your perfect brew (grind settings, water temperature etc.), however it produces excellent coffee

It is certainly not cheap or the most expensive but does make a good espresso. It has taken me a couple of weeks of practice to get a good shot. Key part for me is pre heating the coffee basket and cup by running a double shot of water through the system. Microfoam milk is very easy. Use freshly roasted coffee for best results. A worth while purchase that is being used a lot.
