I purchased this steam mop on the April sales , as we were in the Covid-19 lockdown . I have a toddler and I am in the high risk group , so my mission was to keep my home as clean , germ free and safe as possible ! The transaction with ao.com went smoothly and efficiently , I received my item next day delivery , Brilliant !! The steam mop itself is a bit heavy , but good built , the problem is the performance , after reading the instructions , you CAN'T put any cleaning agent in the water tank , only clean tap water , I vacuumed my tiles floor first and then used the steam mop , I wasn't impressed with the performance , It doesn't stand, so keep an eye on it because could drop to floor , or scratch your walls , doesn't have On / Off button that you could press , once you attach it to the electricity make sure you are ready to go !! The tiles are not left very wet , but they are not clean either , after using the mop I have taken a baby wipe and wipe down the grouting and some tiles and I can still get dirth out , so not much of what it says on the package CLEAN and kills bacterias !! I did look into return this product but after you have used it , can probably get half of the £ you paid for , so I'm not happy with this and will try to sell privately myself . Overall ... I will NOT recommend this product , at least not for what is intended for , it has very good reviews and that's the reason I went for it , but had been really disappointed with the performance as I was expecting a proper deep clean ! You WON'T get that with this steam mop !! My advice to you is keep your money and use a bucket with hot water and bleach or other appropriate cleaning products and you will get better results and will know your floors and surfaces are deep / properly clean ! I wish I didn't purchase it on the first place , but you live and learn , I suppose ... This Shark steam mop is overpriced and overrated for sure !!! :(

Makes cleaning hard floors really a lot more efficient and hygienic than a mop and dries a lot quicker. Maybe better if it was cordless and able to stand up on its own

My previous steam mop broke so as an owner of a Shark vacuum cleaner I didn't hesitate to go on their website to look for steam mops . I wasn't surprised to see very good reviews on all the models, so on this basis I ordered this one . It cleans very well , and leaves the floor practically dry after use. The kick flip gives you twice the cleaning usage , so good to use one side then reverse to double clean . Very happy with my purchase.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the Shark Klik n'Flip steam mop. Easy to manoeuvre, cable is a great length and managed to clean the whole downstairs of my house without unplugging it!! The flip head is great too as you get double the cleaning pad and it's really easy to change. Overall great product, very happy.

Really easy to put together. The long cable makes doing floor cleaning much easier than having to plug in several different sockets.

Have used this a couple of times now and wow! Steams really well, nice and light and I love the fact that the bottom flips over so you can use both sides of the cleaning pad! Nice long chord so I don’t have to keep unplugging it all the time to change points and one tank of water does me for all my floors. Also dries nice and quickly. People have mentioned it doesn’t stand upright on its own as a negative, but that’s really not a problem for me.... just balance it against a wall if you need to! ?? Great price and delivery from AO, so all round a very happy camper!!

A great product which even steam cleans my stone mud room floor. Leaves hardwood, laminate floors and tiles gleaming.

We have two black labradors and they drag all the dirt in from outside, no matter how much you wipe their feet before the come in. I had been using a spray floor mop and all that was doing was moving the mud around so decided to try a steam mop and what a difference. Really easy to put together, really easy to use - if a little heavy. But all in all worth the money and would recommend. But I suggest you just don’t ever have two dogs ;)
