So I’ve had few steamers before and all of them would fail with it few mounts. The last one didn’t even last till my 3rd use so I decided this was going to be my last try with steamers. Well what a wonderful steamer this is. Loving the switch of the mop option. It’s also much bigger so covers a lot more area in less time. It’s dries like magic and you have more option for to increase the steam for those stubborn / dry stains. I’ve used it several times now and have nothing to complain about. Amazing product. I have also decided to replace my hoover for a Shark as their product are just outstanding. Very satisfied customer.

Easy to assemble, easy to use and really cleans the floor well. Only drawback is that it doesn't stay upright on it's own, but still a 5* product

After years of using a mop and bucket I wished I’d ordered the steam mop a long time ago. Amazingly deep cleans with no sticky residue. Light and easy to use. Would 100% recommend this product.

Really great piece of kit! Only downside is its a bit heavy and if you have a lot to do you need to refill the water quite a lot! However as a cleaning business its been a great addition to our armoury of cleaning tools!

Very well made, feels solid and its very easy to use. Changing the mop head cloths is very simple and ingenious. Our first ‘Shark’ product but definitely not our last Highly Recommend Oh and the service from AO.Com was first class. They price matched the item for me with an offer Shark themselves were running and delivered it the very next day. All in all, very happy !!
