Great product. Excellent value for money. Easy to assemble. Heats up really quickly and cleans superbly. Fairly easy to empty water tank. Double sided pad is so useful. Spray function so helpful. My favourite floor cleaner of all time - only wish it would stand independently as opposed to being hung or propped up.

I’m so pleased with this steam mop. It’s sturdy compared to the ones I’ve had previously. The three settings mean it cleans so well whatever the job. I would highly recommend it.

One of the best things about this mop over others is that you don’t need to keep pressing down a button whilst cleaning. Just set the steam level on the front and away you go! It’s so easy and the cleaning results are fantastic. The water tank is easy to fill and I personally don’t need to fill it very often as I don’t have a lot of hard floors to clean. The cable is really, really long, so you can get quite far before you need to plug it in again! You get a second pad as well with it and they can be washed in the washing machine. So no need to be buying extra pads. All in all, a great steam mop and well worth the price.

This mop was simple and quick to assemble, is easy to use and does a great job. I've used it on various tiled and laminate flooring. Also good value for money! Perfect! Would highly recommend.

The only 2 negatives I have with this mop is that it doesn’t have a on/off button. Surely for a mop so expensive this would be a basic. Just means that when you want to move furniture to mop then you have to turn it of via the switch at the plug socket as you can’t leave it standing and that leads me to my second negative, I can’t seem to find a way of standing it upright without propping it up against something which is a bit of a pain. Also maybe dark coloured mop pads would be better as once they’ve been used they never come up totally clean looking. None of these negatives made me want to send it back so they can’t be too bad!!!!
