Useful device, copes well with mud three healthy labs aquire ,happy no chemicals needed I live in Scotland so soft water won’t leave residue. I’m not sure if hard water areas will cause build up of lime. Just an idea as some comments suggested this may be so.

Easy to assemble and use. Cleans the floors well and the steam squirt is well handy.The large steam head is great as well.

This is a great steam mop. I have a large tiled floor and this mop makes a tedious task of cleaning the floor fast and easy without the use if chemicals. I recommend this as it leaves the foor clean, streak free and is environmentally friendly, what more could you want or need!

Very easy to use with the click and flip. A good size water tank too, easily enough to do all my floors in one go.

I have used this twice now and so far have no complaints. This is the second shark I’ve had an our other was over 7 years old, couldn’t get the pads for it anymore and this is even better. It’s light weight, easy to manoeuvre and easy to clean. Don’t forget when washing not to add any fabric conditioner.

Love this and wish we'd got one earlier! We have two small children and a cat so our kitchen floor takes a battering - Weetabix, mud trampled in the from the garden, pasta sauce splats etc. No faffing about with mops and buckets any more! V easy to use and floors dry quickly afterwards. Recommend.
