Good product, great service and price! Exactly what we were looking for to clean our new porcelain tiles. The mop cloth lost its colour after one wash but functionally doesn't change anything and is purely aesthetics. Only used it for 2 weeks but all in all, thumbs up!

Very impressed with the shark mop. The klick and flip head is so easy to use. The mop head also picked up so much dirt that my regular mop and bucket missed. The cable is very long so you don’t need to keep changing plug sockets. I also appreciated the small details - a water jug that clips to the steam mop when not in use! Would recommend this purchase.

Early days but to date a great improvement on the former Shark.

This is slightly heavier than previous models but reaches steam temperature much sooner. The older head is compatible and allows the use of previous mop covers so this is much more efficient. The cable is thicker and makes is heavier but it is as long.

This was ordered as a replacement for my old shark mop which I loved. Didn't want any fancy stuff just another good steam mop. Have large kitchen floor, messy cat and husband and the mop makes fast work of an otherwise laborious job! Very pleased with item.

Easy to fill with precise instructions, only used it once but found it somewhat stiff to push. Cleaned the floor very well, did not know how dirty it was! Awkward to empty as you have to hold it over the sink almost upside down but manageable. Overall would recommend this as a good buy.

Having tried several different versions. I found this to be be the best. Kitchen floor was sparkling. Draw back won’t stand upright on its own. But said that it does not make a difference to cleaning.
