It’s an excellent vacuum cleaner

Great vacuum cleaner. Easy to operate. Not too heavy. Great tools. Also easy to connect a 6m extension hose to connect to DIY devices, as opposed to other Shark models which have proprietory rectangular connections, this one has the standard round connections. A great product all-round and would highly recommend. I have half carpets, half hard-flooring in my house and this handles all surfaces with ease.

I recently purchased the Shark Anti-Hair Wrap Upright Vacuum Cleaner with Powered Lift-Away and TruePet (NZ801UKT) from AO, and I couldn’t be happier with it. As someone with pets and a mix of carpet and hard flooring at home, this vacuum is a lifesaver. The DuoClean floorhead glides effortlessly between surfaces, giving a really deep clean without having to switch settings. The suction power is excellent – it really lifts the pile on the carpets and leaves floors looking spotless. The Anti-Hair Wrap technology works exactly as advertised – no more stopping to cut hair off the brush-roll, which used to drive me mad! It handles pet hair brilliantly, especially with the TruePet tool – I’ve used it on sofas, rugs, even the stairs, and it picks everything up without a problem. One of my favourite features is the Powered Lift-Away function. It lets me detach the pod and clean under furniture or high-up places with ease – a game-changer for a deep clean. It’s also great for stairs and harder-to-reach spots. Although it’s a bit heavier than some cordless models, it’s easy to steer and the long power cable means I can clean most of the house without unplugging. It also feels very sturdy and well-built. Emptying the dustbin is simple and hygienic, and the washable filters make maintenance easy. Extras like the LED headlights to spot hidden dust and the Anti-Allergen Complete Seal just add to the premium feel of the machine. Highly recommend this for anyone with pets, or just anyone who wants a powerful and reliable vacuum cleaner. Very happy with my purchase from AO – great service and fast delivery too!

Great for a household with pets

Ok some may find it heavy, well I think it’s just a beast! It’s so powerful it can be a little harder to manoeuvre, but all you need to do is turn down the power a bit. It still picks up just as well. I love the power, the adaptability, the different modes you can have it in. Hand held short or long, stick mode skinny without the tank, or full on traditional with tank attached. It’s like one of those transformers! I like there’s stowage for the tools so no need to store them separately, only to discover half way through a job that you forgot to bring them along. There they are ready to grab any time. I honestly can’t think of anything I don’t like. And to top it off the price point is pretty low compared to others in the range. What’s not to like?!
