This is the 3rd Vacuum Cleaner I've bought since my 15 year old reliable German vacuum cleaner died. This Shark is on par, to becoming another workhorse cleaner. The way it pulls the pile up whilst removing way more dirt than the previous cleaners is very impressive. I thought I was going to have to spend big big money to get the level of cleaning I was used to, however AO had an great offer on.

Great suction power and the lift away is great for stairs and sofas

Really lovely hoover … easy to use, parts slot in and out easily. You only realise how much your old vacuum doesn’t work, when you clean with the shark. The lift away is a fantastically brilliant idea, no heavy lifting of vacuums up stairs … for houses that have those awkward nooks and crannies… it easily dismounts, making it easier to reach those tricky areas. The collection cylinder could have a slightly larger capacity, but it’s so easy to empty.

Really powerful hoover and very easy to use.

This hoover is amazing, I was actually disgusted how dirty the carpets were after using this for the first time. Our previous hoover was a Dyson, which we thought was a good hoover, until using this. It had been two days since using the Dyson and it breaking, to when we used this and after the first push, we'll it had picked up stuff you didn't even know was there. Only downsides I would say, but I am not changing my 5 stars, is the cable length and dust compartment size, if the cable was just that bit longer and the container a bit bigger, it would be spot on, but as stated, these two downfalls to us do not let it retract from being a 5 star product.

I have used Shark before and know it's a great hoover. I haven't used this one as yet, purely because it is for a new home, and I have not moved yet. I expect it to be a s good, if not better, than the previous one I have used. The delivery was speedy as usual, and the pricing was very good.
