Great hoover. Good suction. Customer service is also 5 star! I know my carpets are clean after I use this hoover. It is easy to dismantle for cleaning. The lift away feature is great for nooks and crannies and using the stair attachment.

After trying a new hoover brand that only lasted a year I have went back to shark as a lover my last one so a thought a would try this one so far it is excellent what a was looking for

Does what it says. Cleans extremely well. It is a bit on the heavy side, but I can still use it ok (even after shoulder surgery earlier the year).

Great vacuum! Has everything you need for a house with pets and if you have long hair like me, the anti hair wrap rollers are a great addition! So many great benefits and details. If I had one con, it would be that I wish it was eaither a tad lighter or a tad smoother to push, as it does annoy the shoulder. But overall great device!!

I have replaced Dyson and the difference is noticeable, well done Shark The only minus point is the lead could be 2 meter longer like Dyson
