Just received it and it’s very heavy so I’m not sure about this as yet.

This vacuum cleaner is brilliant and great with dog hairs frist time for us to buy one but on first impressions it wont be the last purchase, ordered and delivered the next day

Bought this to replace a Dyson Animal ball. Very impressed so far, and glad I made the change. The unit is lighter than the Dyson, and it's much quieter. The suction is absolutely AMAZING - so strong it lifts some of the carpets. I love the fact I can take the pod unit off and hoover the stairs. This is a game changer for me. I also like the handy switch on the handle, where you can change from carpet to hard floor. Great price for what you get.

Great product

I've been a converter to shark for over 15 years, best vaccum cleaners I've ever had and I've tried a lot of other brands. This model is even more suped up, the anti hair wrap gets even my fine hair up and doesn't tangle up and the true pet feature is amazing at getting my dogs hair up. I love that I can detach and take the cleaner off the upright part and do the whole stairs and the head reaches right under my bed, sideboard, sofa without moving everything out. I will never buy a different brand

Excellent suction. A little heavy but manageable. Brilliant on the stairs. Very pleased with my purchase
