I used it for the first time yesterday. It was great but a little on the heavy side but when I started steaming the floors it seemed to float and not seem so heavy. All in all I am very satisfied and my floors look great.

Very goos at what it does. I chose it for the advanced features, but i find that it sometimes a hit too high tech for me! Not that that's a bad thing... it just means I have to read the manual in full to make the most of all it's features. Nothing much negative to say; I would recommend

Hand downs the best steam mop I’ve had!! Had a few over the years and they have been ok but this is as good as it gets especially with the detachable tank! Can’t go wrong with the shark name now!

Easy to handle, nice steam cleaner, floor and handheld. Could last a bit longer than 10-15min.
