It’s good that you have the ability to use both sides of cloth. My main dislike is the fact that it can be difficult to change the cloth. It keeps flipping over &/or falling off before completing the procedure. It is quite heavy to handle. Wouldn’t recommend to someone who is not too flexible.

So pleased with this mop, glad I went mid range, huge pads which flick over, easy to manoeuvre, long lead, good cleaning, quick start. Easy website transaction, good delivery communication and fast. Liked the members discount and free delivery.

Amazing machine. Easy to use. Lid for water seems great as was dubious as read many poor reviews. Great to swap mop over part way through todo our utility separate to house. The lift away part was great to use in the shower too. Came up wonderful. Just had a baby so needed something quick and easy for floors
