I am extremely pleased with my shark steam mop. I find it quite heavy to manoeuvre but it’s preferable to being lightweight and flimsy. It has a good, sturdy feel to it. I’m still getting used to it and haven’t yet used all the tools that come with it. I really like being able to flip the mop head over to use both sides of the cleaning pad. I also like being able to direct a shot of steam at stubborn areas. I wish I had bought it long ago.

Always use ao. Brilliant service. Excellent delivery team. Mop does exactly as advertised. Excellent.

A complete item which will help to keep all surfaces clean in kitchen,toilet and wet room. A valuable addition to our facilities.

Easy to use Would prefer a bigger water tank

Actual mop is good. The cap on the water tank is very flimsy and disintegrated on the first one. Shark difficult to get hold of so AO readily replaced

Best steam mop on the market

Bought to replace previous Shark Steam Mop which after many years service finally stopped working. This model is slightly heavier than the previous model but much easier to use especially when using it as hand held. The design improvements make it so quick and easy to change between modes and the attachments are of better quality makintg it easier to use. Would recommend purchasing this model.
