So far it’s a great product, used it every day since it arrived. Looking forward to trying new recipes.

Excellent product both in value for money and description.

Just getting used to this Ninja multi cooker, so far everything has turned out well. I cooked most of our Sunday dinner in it, just have to be organised keeping things warm while cooking something else. Also changing from pressure cooker to air crisping takes a bit of getting used to with emptying fluids out and changing the lids round, but I got there in the end. For anyone who like Brussels, these come out perfect when cooked in pressure cooker for two minutes. This is quite a heavy item and you do get lots of steam out when using the pressure cooker, so if you aren’t using you hob, it may be best stood close to the extractor hood to help with the steam. Would I buy this again? The Jury is still out on that.

Quick and easy even easy to clean

Wasn't sure I should get this, I thought it would be another item in the Kitchen that would become a fad..wrong! I'm converted already. I'm thinking all the time what I can cook next in it. So far I've had some amazing results, everything is cooking nicely and, I don't know why, but veg especially, tastes lovely. I made a loaf the third day I'd had it, the last time I attempted a loaf was about 5 years ago it came out perfect..I can see this as my preferred way of cooking from now on.. I love it. Would totally recommend it.

Product excellent, however handle on pressure lid was detached on one side. AO put me in contact with the customer team at Sharkninja and that is where my problems started. No replacements available, and it was not known when stocks would arrive. Offered replacement unit but I had to take old unit to DPD depot, if I wanted it collected it would cost £15. On receipt of my old unit, which wasn’t 7days old, it would be inspected and if ok a replacement unit would be forwarded to me within 3 to 7 days. In all honestly there was very little compassion and overall the service was very poor.

Delivery was as stated (on time). I have found the product easy to use thanks to the information in the Cook book. Recipes are easy to followeven for an old guy like me.Many thanks for a SUPERB piece of KIT.

Great item and used many times already for chips, roast tates, fish fingers etc and very happy with the results. Very easy to clean Will be using the pressure cooker and slow cooker to make some casseroles as the weather gets colder
