I bought this to replace my old dishwasher and was not disappointed. I mainly use program 3 (a general cycle) with the reduce time function and have not had anything come out soiled. It has been well designed in terms of load capacity, however some of the features I don't use ( sliding cutlery tray and wine glass holders) are easily removable to give you more space. I like the fact the salt and rinse aid both have low warning lights. I found this to be relatively quiet compared to my old dishwasher

Bought this Hotpoint dishwasher to replace a Bosch one that had broken down after 10 years. Chose it because it said it had 2 extra place settings and it's "3D Zone Wash" made it sound like it cleans better. Really disappointed because: 1) The baskets are smaller meaning it fits less in than my previous Bosch one when it advertised as being bigger 2) It doesn't clean anything in the 4 corners of the basket 3) The ledges on the basket are not wide enough to put glasses on so they all tip over 4) It doesn't clean casserole dishes or pans well despite the 3D Zone Wash Every time the dishwasher finishes we are having to re-wash a lot of the items. Anything in the four corners of the dishwasher come out dirtier than before they went in. Would not recommend or buy Hotpoint again.

Great dishwasher, easy to use

Our old Bosch dishwasher finally gave up the ghost after 15 years and we were looking for a black dishwasher to match the other appliances. The Hotpoint was the perfect match of aesthetics and function. So far, it’s been very good. The programmes have taken a little time to get used to as the symbols are not obvious but we tend to use just two anyway. The old Bosch just required one button push but this requires 3, so not so intuitive. However, the internal size seems greater and the inverter on the motor makes it a little quieter also. All in all, happy with our purchase.

Appear to have broken down after two weeks use, engineer booked to resolve, showed code F02, continuously. AO are sending someone to take a look without any quibble, so follow up service good

great machine, very quiet compared to my last one, cleans really well, very impressed

Great appliance, quiet when on and loads of space for all shapes of dishes and plates. Everything coming out super clean even with cheap washing machine tablets (lidl!). Eco mode takes a while but has a 10 minute rinse function which is great.
