It works really well. My carpets in my hallway were filthy and they look like new. It didn't dry them quite as well as I had hoped, but it has worked well. It is a bit thirsty for cleaning solution and seemed to get through it very quickly. Overall I would buy it again when this one needs replacing.

Used on Chinese rugs and has brought them up really great. The colours are now vivid and the rugs look as new.

Great product and worth every penny!! Arrived quick, easy to assemble and take apart and clean. Not too heavy to use, and the results were amazing. Definitely recommend.

Really easy to use, great size of tank (no need to keep emptying & refilling) & the machine does a great job. Carpets & upholstery dried in almost an hour, looking very fresh indeed

Very pleased with this machine, I've used it on all the carpets throughout the house and im very pleased with the results, my carpets come up lovely and I'm shocked at how dirty the water is that comes out of the carpets, even my living room carpet which has only been down for 7 months and we are a no shoes in the house kind of people and the dirt it lifted out is amazing. Definitely recommend this product and the larger tank is worth it less water changes/refills

Carpets look great after shampooing them. Pile on carpets now soft and comfortable underfoot. Room smelling fresh. Carpet cleaner easy to use and also importantly easy to clean after use. Great product from Vax.

I compared many carpet cleaners and plumped with this one. Glad I did, really simple to use, easy to fill, leaves carpets and rugs almost dry. Easy to clean afterwards as well, just a rinse under the tap does the trick. I felt brave and went for the stairs as well with the attachment that comes with the cleaner, again really easy to use. Pleased with the results, already have family members asking if they can use it.
