When used in the upright mode with the powerful brushes this cleans so well! It dries quickly and the large water tank makes it easier to do a big clean without needing to refil. The longer hose attachment for stairs and other areas is not as great but it still does a good job.

What a fantastic piece of equipment using this carpet shampooer couldn't be easier and the dirt oit brought out of my carpets was like the colour of engine oil,also using the tools we're easy to use to on both the stair carpet and my sofa.Great value for money so much so I even bought one for my daughter for a birthday present. I found this machine excellent. My cream carpet was very dirty as I have a puppy, there were many stains and marks every where and it cleaned amazingly. It is quite heavy to use, although I am in my seventies, but it was well worth the effort. Haven’t used the tools yet so can’t say how well they work
