This product is great very simple to use and cleans effectively. It is a bit heavy to lift upstairs but i managed OK

Lovely machine. Not as heavy as you would think. it took on stains that I thought would be set for life. It also has some new features that I have waited years for to make cleaning a dream. It was also half the price of my old one that gave up after 20 years. Absolutely wonderful.
