Cleans the carpets even when you think they're clean. Easy to use and to put together just two screws. I did it as taken a little longer than a hour to dry, but that could be my flooring under the carpets. Great price and would highly recommend it.

An absolutely fantastic machine,its a little heavy once full of water,having said that it is still easy to push and manoeuvre.comes with attachments to do smaller areas,stairs,car seats and car floors ect and a bottle of cleaner so your all ready to go. My carpets look brand new,I would highly recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone,another thumbs up for a vax product!!

This is is a replacement for an older VAX carpet cleaner that finally packed up. It is great. It cleaned heavily used hall and landing carpets with no problems. And the extension tools meant I was able to clean the stairs. Even though I was doing a deep clean, the carpets dried very quickly after the wash.

Although it’s fairly heavy when carrying up the stairs, it’s an excellent carpet cleaner. Very easy to use & clean. I expected it to be heavy to push but it is in fact very easy, lifted a stain I thought was there forever. Really pleased with this. Would certainly recommend

Easy to use but you must allow yourself plenty of time to clean the carpets. Don't assume it's as quick and easy as vacuuming it isn't, you must go over the same area several times to be able to clean and dry the carpet effectively. Having said that the amount of dirt it removed was impressive and I am pleased with the result. The price was good and delivery prompt.

Seems to do the job, it’s a bit heavy for some but it’s doing what it’s supposed to do

Bulky and doesn’t seem to use much water, a bit of a disappointment.
