Very pleased with the results after using the vax Rapid power Refresh. Only downside is it’s heavy.

As others have said it is heavy, but only when filled with water, 4.5L at the top of the handle does make it a bit heavy, but not too bad. As regards cleaning it works very well and does a really good job of refreshing carpets given the price. It loses one star for being quite noisy and being top heavy.

Great machine, worked wonders and saved us having to get a professional carpet cleaner in every 6 months so saves us both time and money. Good price too, I'd highly recommend
