Very pleased with this shark vacuum, had cordless in the past, dyson & Bosch after a while they never picked up or kept getting blocked , this unblocked itself , easy to use and store Very happy

So far so good ! Really good at picking up hairs from my carpets and good suction power. Easy to store and long flex means able to go from room to room without unpluging. Only 4 stars as relatively new purchase.

Light and easy to manoeuvre. Cable length good for a large area. Dust collection capacity more than adequate without having to empty too often. Folds down to a very neat compact vacuum for both storage and carrying upstairs.

Does what it says on the box and doesn't take up as much room as my previous cleaner

100% satisfied is slightly understated! This is, by far, the best vacuum cleaner I've ever had! It's lightweight enough for me to manage with my disabilities, it has a super long cord, so I can literally do the whole of my bungalow from one socket, it's powerful, compact, easy to empty, clean and store. What's not to love?

Absolutely cannot be happier. First run of this vacuum made us realise that we were way overdue and the old 'pet' vacuum was only skimming the top off the new cat's shedding. Delightful. Great vacuum and even better customer service.
