Picks up way more than we thought. The extra suction mode is very useful for grabbing that trod in hair - especially from pets! Super lightweight as well which is a bonus so it’s easy to move around. A great product, good price and worth buying if you are looking.

This hoover is ace !! It really picks up the dust and dirt, and leaves the carpet looking like new. Wish we had bought one years ago.

Honestly the best hoover I’ve ever had, the amount of stuff that was pulled out of my carpets upon using it for the first time really highlighted just how much my old one hadn’t been doing! It continues to create spotless carpets and clean floors. Love it!

Good product, a bit noisy. Carpets look like new again! Assembly was straight forward. This is our second Shark having previously used Dyson. In terms of value for money it can't be beaten. Excellent performance. The only criticism is the volume. Not that it's bad, but I have a hearing aid and am suscpetible to high frequency sounds so it's harsher on the ears than others. All in all, nothing that would stop me buying it again or recommening it.

Delivered on time, excellent product, great value for money. What more can you ask for.
