Great hoover and value for money. Lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and great suction - actually fluffed up my old carpets that had been flat for a while and I thought would be like that forever. Easy to clean out and maintain also.

Vacuum is fantastic and brilliant price - delivery was efficient but I’d have liked to add the usual Ao.com service elements like removing packaging and recycling old products, even if this had been an extra charge. It’s a brilliant customer experience but also critical in cases where the recipient is vulnerable and needs additional support
