So much quieter and more efficient than my old Dyson Ball vacuum. Only criticism is the very long cord takes ages to wind around the hook on the side but otherwise very happy. It’s picking up dust and carpet fluff I wasn’t even aware of!

This vacuum cleaner is easy to use. I particularly like the lift away aspect as it makes cleaning the staircase much easier. Only four stars as dust etc seems to cling inside the bin when emptying.

Easy to use and certainly lighter than my previous model. No problem to assemble.
A shame the cord storage is so short , takes upteen winds to replace on the machine.

Really good vac. Has a powerful suction, and is light and easy to move around. Especially good on stairs due to the lift away feature
We had a Dyson before, but prefer this.
