Love it. No issues and works 10x better than what i had before. Definitely worth the money.

I hadn’t realised how ineffective my old vacuum was until I used my new Shark! It was embarrassing! I have arthritic hands so a neighbour quickly assembled it and did the test drive. My carpets look very different now. The machine is relatively lightweight and maneovers well. I have yet to use the tools but like that they fit onto the vacuum and will not therefore get misplaced. Finally the vacuum takes up less space in my under stairs cupboard than my previous model.

Excellent vacumn,extremely powerful and easily deals with our dog who sheds his hair by the sack full almost on a daily basis’ to say nothing of the mud he drags in.Good value,and delivered efficiently by AO.

I was far too quick to jump in and buy this out of pure panic that my hoover had broken. I've owned a fair few Shark Hoover's now and this is by far the worst. It feels cheap. It feels like my toddlers toy hoover. It's awkward to switch from carpet to hard floor (other models have the switch on the handle) the switch is halfway down the hoover. The lead is on the wrong side for dominant right hand users meaning it gets in the way constantly. The overall quality just isn't what I expected from Shark. The suction is good. (As it should be) But still a bit too strong on the minimum suction setting, it still tries to suck up the underlay with the carpet. Even the chord housing is a poor design. I'm honestly really annoyed with myself for buying this so quickly.
