Great vacuum cleaner, well pleased

Light weight very easy to use product does a good job on all surfaces, very pleased with the appliance, I now have two, one down stairs and one up.

Very pleased with this machine. It makes light work of my dog's hairs and transforms easily into a lightweight hand held version for stairs and furniture etc. The crevice tool is extremely efficient. There are also some clear instructions on the actual machine which I found helpful.

Excellent very happy with it

I was very impressed with the power of this vacuum. Considering I had used my old Vacuum the day before there should really have been nothing to pick up. I found the container to be half full when I had used this new Shark. Must admit it had been recommended to me by a couple of people but was still surprised by it's performance. Possibly a little heavy for me but I am sure I will quickly get used to that.

I already have a shark anti-wrap hair version, but this model is much better! There are less parts on it (that could go wrong!) and it is simple to use. I actually bought my daughter one too, that’s how impressed with it we were!

The Shark lift away was very easy to put together and came with a nice selection of attachments that are effective and easy to use. We are in the middle of a lot of work being done to our house and it has certainly been put to the test. The hardwood floor option is excellent, and the machine picks up dog hair from carpets really well - it certainly passes the picking up of the golden retriever hair and our cream retriever girly can certainly put it to that test! My only gripe is that for me I find it a bit heavy & clunky and that whilst hoovering over rugs and mats, it so powerful it makes it a bit awkward to move the machine over the rug. But I would recommend it to others for sure!

Replaced my Dyson hoover because it was too heavy. Great hoover light and easy to use especially when hoovering the stairs. Love the light on the front. Very good price. Excellent service from ordering to delivery.
