Fantastic product, especially for hoovering up dog hair.

Really great suction. This is the second Shark cleaner I have owned and I must say the finish of this cleaner seems slightly more "plasticy" than my last one. Until I owned a shark I was a huge fan of Dyson but Shark in my opinion are far superior! Love the lift away feature it makes cleaning the stairs and my car a breeze. Also the fact you can lift away the body section means you can clean under tables etc with ease without the need to move furniture. So easy just takes a flick of a switch to turn beater bar off to change between carpet areas to hard floor. Wand is easy to access for edges. Product comes with additional cleaning heads for sofas and soft furnishings. Easy to empty dust compartment. Highly recommended this product

Brilliant hoover light and so good on hard floors. Lift off is great for stair carpet well worth it . Also got shark hand held vac for car which also is brilliant wouldn't buy anything else love it my

Absolutely AMAZING. Couldn’t recommend shark more. I recently moved into a new house which required ALOT of cleaning and thought we were going to need new carpets. After buying using this hoover the carpets looked brand new! Had to empty into the bin lots, but not because of the hoover. This is so easy and efficient to do! I’m a cleaning nerd and this is now my new pride and joy. Well worth the investment!

Very effective vacuum. Can’t believe how much dirt came out of what I thought was a relatively clean carpet. Easily managed light to lift and separates for ease on stairs or furniture system good too for eradicating allergens all at a good price too!

Always been a dyson user but daughter convinced me to try a shark and I’m not disappointed at all , great hoover

First impressions are a very good product, lifted a lot of dust from carpets which the old vacuum didn't (which was still a decent vacuum). Fairly light so easy to take up and down the stairs. Haven't had much use on hard floors yet but on carpet it is excellent. No real concerns to date and happy so far... 2 weeks in
