So far so good! We have two Huskies that shed a ton of fur daily and is picking up the hair amazingly! Brilliant!!!!

Excellent hoover! Very light weight and easy to manoeuvre. Also alot quieter than ones I've had in the past. It is very easy to use and excellent at picking up pet hair and dust. Be careful on carpet, making sure suction is set to low so that the hoover doesn't get stuck!

Having used lots of different hoovers over the years this is definitely the best. It’s easy to assemble, light weight, great for stairs and I love the lights on front . My carpets look so much better. Well done Shark

Even the teenagers love hoovering now! The control and suction makes it easy and quick to use.

We've never owned a Shark vacuum cleaner before, I've always been loyal to another brand (which rhymes with 'My son', but I've been utterly gobsmacked by how much better this is! We have two dogs and two cats and it's a daily task keeping fur off not just carpets, but also furnishings. It's not just the power of the vacuum, it's the flexibility of the unit. Is it a cylinder, or is it an upright? Holey moley, it's both! Carpets, staircases, sofas, anywhere you want it, if you're looking for good, powerful suck, I don't think you could do any better, especially at this price!

This product was beyond my expectations. It makes such a difference to my carpets, I can't believe how deep it got into my carpets

Lightweight, good suction. Takes a bit of getting used to the steering but makes for good access. Only thing I dislike is the juddering of it on pulling the shark back, but this could be due to the pile of our carpet. Overall very happy with it.
