The cleaner was delivered last week but due to the recent weather and having a dog which brings in the dirt after a walk I have not taken the opportunity to use the item yet. I bought this cleaner because of the review ratings and because Rug Doctor is such a well known reliable brand. The cleaner seams robust and more than adequate to clean the carpets when the weather improves. It is also suitable for my 6'3" height which will reduce strain on my back during use.

Made a right decision to go for this brand. It is very powerful and works really well. Did not realise that it will pick up so much dirt from carpets and sofa. I think it is much more comfortable to buy rather than rent as I can do one room at a time without worrying about time. The only thing is that machine drains out mixed deterget liquid quite quickly and fills up dirty tank, but I do not mind filling/emptying them. Attachment tool is awesome for sofa or hard to reach areas, will try cleaning car seats during summer time. I would definitely recommend this machine for whoever is looking for realiable brand!
