Best carpet cleaner I've ever bought. I got stains out of my carpet that I've been trying to get out for years. Only couple of issues are that it's quite heavy, and the hard floor cleaning leaves the floor really wet so I had to clear it up with my mop - cleaned the floor though!. That's the only thing I can mention. It's easy to change from carpet cleaner to upholstery cleaner. It's easy to clean the machine when I'm finished.

I used to hire rug doctor every couple of years so have every confidence that it will do an excellent job cleaning my carpets and upholstery. Now I have purchased my own rug doctor so I will be cleaning whenever I wish. It gets easier to manoeuvre after awhile of getting used to the machine. Carpets and upholstery come up smelling clean and fresh and looking almost new.
