A few minor issues connecting it to the wifi but once sorted there have been no issues

This printer is far better than we expected. We were worried about spillage when filling up the ink tanks, but we need not to have worried! Not a drop spilled anywhere and so easy to do! So much easier and less messier than changing cartridges! The best bit is that it is cheaper too!!! The print out of things is very true colour wise to the original document and the quality of photos is amazing! The set up was so easy to follow and quick and the aligning of it with phones; tablets and desktop, again was very quick and easy and worked first time! Finally, it looks good - in the way that it looks like a printer that does a good job rather than 'just an ordinary' printer! I definitely would recommend this printer to anyone - best we've ever had. Thank you.

Bought this printer to replace a cheaper "instant ink" model. very pleased with the performance of the printer so far. its quick to respond when print is sent to printer and quick to print page too. found setting up fairly straight forward.

I spent a long time searching reviews for printers before settling on this model. I have not been disappointed by the purchase. The printer quality is exceptional when compared to my HP cartridge printer, print speed is slightly slower than mu officejet pro, but it the trade off is the print quality and the extra functions that are not included with my older printer. I would not recommend HP instant ink with an ink tank, the ink is inexpensive and you then have the freedom to use the printer as you wish without restrictions. Overall I am very happy with this printer and have recommended it to others already.
