Very easy to use and cleans well. Cable could be a couple of metres longer. Overall very pleased.

Although a very bulky and noisy peice of kit if you have the space and ears for it it's a must have. It's very simple to use one one off button and one button to recline along with a knob to turn it to deep clean or quick clean no other buttons just seat the water container plug it in and go the results speak for themselves very happy customer.

Excellent in every respect. We have 3 dogs, so you can imagine the state our carpets get in. This machine did a fantastic job throughout the house, no matter which depth of pile. The seperate fresh/dirty water containers are a godsend. The hot air drying function works a treat. Brilliant!

Very pleased with the Vax. Easy to use, cleans well - and the carpet was barely damp after use.

Item may be a higher range than other brands on the market however, a quality product gives a quality performance.
