    Our carpet hadn’t been cleaned for quite a while and this vax certainly got to work on it and did a great job. We’ll be using it a lot more often from now on.

    Great product which worked well, however a small part broke off the brush attachment so could not use. Contacted about this but unable to get part replaced as yet- difficult to get through on phone so disappointing

    Really easy to use and more effective than I expected! I thought our rug was pretty clean but when I tried out the cleaner on it, the colour of the water told a different story! There was no dramatic before and after since it already looked clean, but it's definitely fresher and dried very quickly. The brushes and parts all come off really easily for cleaning afterwards - really handy if you have pets as it sucked up tons of cat hair even after hoovering first. Really pleased with the purchase :)
