Early days, but all seems well up to now. Picks up really well and a godsend having no trailing cable. Happy? Up to now yes.

Bought to replace a problematic Samsung and have to say very pleased with it up to now some things are a little fiddly but like everything when new will get used to it. One minor complaint battery life could be better just manage to vacuum through on one charge with using a mix of autosense and eco setting.

Superb product. Upgraded from a cordless Shark to this model and wow blown away. Carpets are like new again and the powerful suction is mega.

Really pleased with this, it’s my first shark hoover and so far so good. Haven’t tried all of the attachments yet, but the ones I have there’s no loss of suction. Really easy to empty and as it folds in half doesn’t take up much space.

I already own a shark pet cordless and a shark lift away. The cordless is starting to struggle a bit possibly needs a new battery after 3yrs but decided to buy new and saw the Stratos. Could not believe how much this picked up after using our previous cleaner. I thought my carpets were reasonably clean. You can hear the motor change when it comes across more messier patches. Easy to empty and change the battery and a longer run time than my previous cordless and slightly heavier. Some have commented that it doesn’t stand on its own but you soon get into the habit of folding the handle down when having a break. Overall I’m very happy with the Stratos and recommend it.

Really lightweight vacuum, time will tell how good this really is and I'm eager to see how well the anti hair wrap feature works. Overall I am happy with the purchase!

Very pleased with my purchase. Seems to work well on all floors and significantly easier than my old upright. Stores away compactly and battery life seems great for my purposes - The odd room or two when required.
