Faulty machine

Smelt like burning on the first wash, contacted BEKO who have finally agreed on the second engineers visit (and a real fight to get that) later, that there is a major electrical fault. It’s clearly a manufacturing fault, yet they won’t replace it, only repair. We’ve now been without a washer for 3 weeks. Goodness knows what other issues I’ll have with this faulty machine over the years! AO have been very helpful since getting them involved, but ultimately it’s BEKO who you have to deal with unfortunately!
