As always, outstanding service from AO. The BBQ itself - how we managed without it previously is a mystery. The food, whether grilling, smoking or air frying its always spot on. It tells you when to put the food in, flip it, and when its done. So simple. The cleanup is a breeze! So intuitive - its does all the work for you. Some minor assembly required which is so simple, even for anyone without practical skills. Cannot recommend highly enough
