took a long time take the leap but since owning this product it has changed our lives!! had it just under a month and since purchase the deep fat fryer that was used nearly everyday has not been used and the oven has only been used once. its easy to use easy and to clean with the advantage that a lot of products cook faster and as for the results we haven't yet fond an item that tastes better in the oven. personally never eat chips but from the ninja chips are very nice
