Product itself seems ok, but the manual doesn't explain how the various washing programmes and features differ, or even really how to use some of them at all. Bits of it don't even make sense from an English language point of view. As yet, I've not found a better or more detailed manual online. It is fairly quiet in use, and seems to wash clothes ok, but are we using the right settings? Who knows!

Great washing machine. A good range if washing options and adding the dropped sock is easy.

Large capacity, quiet, high spec unit. Delivery and collection was prompt and professional, the standard of cleaning is good and the machine looks well made. I would prefer physical buttons over touch sensors but I guess that's personal preference.

I've always been used to cheap second hand washing machines to "save money" but this one... you can't even hear it!

This is a fab washing machine, which weighs the load to avoid over-consumption of water. It has a 15 minute cycle for clothes that need freshening up, but aren't really dirty. It's also very quiet. Perfect for me!
