Display and button selection complicated and a little confusing for the elderly. Unnecessary choice. Seems to wash well. Quiet and smooth operation even when spinning.

For a Bosch the instruction manual failed to give a good enough explanation as to the actual washing programmes to use. Once I had found a relevant YouTube video to watch it became much clearer. By this time I had already had to re-wash the load. Hence the four star rating.

OK so far, the true test of a washing machine is when you have had it for longer. Shame there are only two 9kg washes,cottons and Eco which is a 3 hour wash. This was the same with the last machine we had. The rest of the cycles are mainly 4-5kg.

This is an excellent washer and a great change from my previous one. It looks great, it's simple but has a variety of useful options and programmes! It's very quiet in comparison to my old one so love this too! The only downside is that quick washes are only available for half loads. Meaning you either have to run a really long wash to get a full drum worth of washing or do a few quicker washes. I can't fault it otherwise. Hopefully will last us a long long time!
