Bought to replace our old Bosch machine which was 15years old and sadly the parts would cost more to fix it than for us to buy new. Really happy with our new washing Machine! It is super quiet and has lots of settings and functions helping to get the best wash no matter the size or type of load. Had the best customer service from both AO where we purchased the product and when dealing with Bosch to register for the warranty.

We've had this washing machine a week now and so far the wife is very happy with it. She spent some time choosing it as it had all the features that she wanted, particularly 'extra rinse' due to her having sensitive skin. She is very happy so I am happy.
