Not used it yet but having spent a lot of money on the Rangemaster Professional Deluxe PDL90DFFGB/C, I was expecting a product the quality of which reflects the cost. However although it looks stunning in my new kitchen, when we unpacked it we found that the LHS oven door "clunks " when closing it. Upon contacting the manufacturers help desk and being transferred to a local repair centre who cover Rangemaster's warranty work, I was told that this problem is a common fault with these cookers and could be a problem with either the door hinge or the side panel. Currently waiting for engineer to attend, but perhaps AGA could tell me that if this is a known fault, why this, or any new appliance, left the factory in this condition.

I had the Toledo oven before so went for this one as supposed to be a better model. Handles are plastic rather than steel. Had to wait 6 months for delivery as let down twice and its finally come with a fault. The auto ignition keeps going off on it’s own. The one positive is it looks great in white

Temperature of the oven is not too hot. The side one is so narrow that is almost useless and the grill one takes a while the get hot. I expected way more.

Just received my replacement Rangemaster; the first one had a faulty door hinge and one of the gas burners didn’t work consistently. This new one seems fine though it’s early days….I love the overall style and colour and the slide out grill is a useful feature. The second tall oven has more capacity than the small oven on my previous Britannia so dishes and oven trays that I couldn’t use before now fit nicely. I’m still getting used to the swing out shelf on the main oven. It does seem to obstruct the other shelves but I think I may need to play around with the shelf positions, so the jury is out on that feature. Overall, despite the faults with the first one, I’m very pleased with the build quality and range of features. Would definitely recommend buying through AO. Their customer service in terms of quickly dealing with my faulty product was superb!

Looks great

Love the cooker and looks great. I was a bit disappointed as the pan supports were uneven - the saucepan would rock on the supports. Good customer care and so was sent a replacement - but only marginally better. Overall a well-built appliance and cooks very well. Yet to test all the features but looking forward to doing so.

Cooker looks gorgeous - and goes well with the matching hood. Gas burners light perfectly, heats up quickly. Lots to learn about how to use it to best advantage but easy to get started on the simple stuff. The 'swing in' roasting tin is a bit of a pain as it's too small for a decent size joint of meat and looks as though it's going to be a bit of a mission to get rid of. Overall delighted with it.
