Great oven, and replaced a 12 year old Gas version we had. The induction hob is a great upgrade from Gas - it heats things up SO much faster. Lots of nice functions on the oven - including a no fan mode (great for baking!). Only downside - the small knob for setting the time/timer is pretty cheaply made unlike the previous models (hence the 4*). Great delivery and comms by AO - worth mentioning.

There is a an issue with my oven. Unfortunately I had a terrible time trying to contact AO and the manufacturer. I spent around two hours holding on the phone only for the line to go dead time after time. I couldn't speak to anyone at AO, was just diverted to the manufacturer and had to wait in vain again. Resorted to making 'warranty claim' online which felt wrong as my oven was not right upon delivery - for my my issue is with AO. I now have to wait two weeks for someone to visit and hopefully repair my appliance.

Looks great in my new kitchen and just getting used to it. Absolutely love it, and would defo recommend AO as the delivery was super quick and the del men were fast and efficient.

A brilliant cooker, took a bit of time to get used to it after gas, but so glad I made the chance over. The slate grey works so well with my pale pink cupboards and doesn’t show the dust in the sun!! The company were brilliant when I needed to change my delivery last minute and the delivery guys were very friendly. Very happy with everything.

Brilliant cooker. Induction gives us back cookability like we used to have with a Rangemaster gas one. Very pleased with this model and would recommend. AO delivered and their electrician and driver were really good.
