Great buy at a good price. I have only made mix of rye/white or wholemeal/white 500g loaves; all come out FAB if follow instrucs and measure everything precisely.Medium crust was surprisingly good. Easy to clean. Trying yoghurt feature today. Good instructions come with.

So easy to bake bread, easy to understand recipe book, with more recipes available online too. Just place ingredients in order listed to make delicious bread, made 5 loaves and another being made later today.
