The delivery of a faulty cooker, which the installer decided to leave in our house, meant we were unable to cook hot food for three weeks and has led to a protracted dispute with AO. They refuse to accept responsibility for a faulty item and have advised us to contact Rangemaster, rewire our kitchen., you name it. I shall NOT be coming back to AO, having used them for both myself and my mum needs for many years.
